East Coast Mini Splits Announces Partnership With Mass Save®

What is the Mass Save® Program?
In Massachusetts, the Mass Save® program helps homeowners manage energy use, lower heating and cooling costs, and take advantage of energy-saving technologies.
As a Mass Save® partner, East Coast Mini Splits & Heat Pumps provides no-cost or discounted energy efficiency services. During a home energy assessment, we check for opportunities to improve comfort and savings, including:
- Insulation inspections to prevent heat loss
- Window and door checks to seal leaks
- Other areas where heating or cooling may escape
Our goal is to help you make your home more comfortable while reducing energy costs.

Why Does It Exist?
Massachusetts introduced the Mass Save Program in an effort to reduce the region’s negative effect on the environment, and to help lower electrical costs across the state during colder months. Newer items such as Mini Splits and Heat Pumps are installed for more controlled and direct room heating, allowing you to only run 1 system at a time if you choose.

Who Qualifies?
To start, you must schedule a free home assessment with a Mass Save® Program Partner, such as East Coast Mini Splits & Heat Pumps.
You can check this link https://www.masssave.com/residential/programs-and-services/income-based-offers/ to see if you qualify. Or, an easier way is to contact East Coast Mini Splits & Heat Pumps and we can assist with submitting paperwork, doing the home assessment to get things started, and completing the work.
Is Mass Save® Worth It?
Mini-splits and heat pumps allow for controlled zone heating, meaning one room can be set to a certain temp while you use it, while the rest of your home can be set to a more consistent temperature. This allows for less energy usage, which in turn saves you money! If you qualify, you should definitely call us to schedule a home assessment.
